ABOUT
The Land Management Division is dedicated to assisting landowners across Oklahoma with resource concerns that have an impact on our state’s soil, water, and safety. The division consists of three areas:
- Land Restoration
- Unpaved Roads
- Conservation/Nutrient Management Planning.

Land Restoration
The purpose of the land restoration program is to reclaim abandoned mined land in Oklahoma by contracting with private entities to perform reclamation work.
Upaved Roads
Focusing on implementation of best management practices to improve water quality, the unpaved roads program also reduces unpaved county road maintenance costs.
Conservation & Nutrient Management Planning
Assistance is provided to Oklahoma’s 84 Conservation Districts in the development of conservation and nutrient management plans that address resource concerns of Oklahoma landowners.
