Flood Control Dams Weather 2015 Storms

The torrential rains of spring 2015 pushed many of Oklahoma’s 2,107 flood control dams to the limits of their water stopping potential. Thoughtful planning and investment in regular maintenance made all the difference. Dams prevented an estimated $91 million in flood damage during May alone.
