Conservation Commission Votes to Approve Cost-Share Program Year 26 Guidelines

Oklahoma City, OK – The Oklahoma Conservation Commission (OCC) has unanimously approved guidelines for the 2026 Conservation Cost Share Program, marking a critical step forward in the state’s environmental efforts.

The Program Year runs March 4, 2024, through August 31, 2025 and aims to support local conservation projects with timely completion and funding. 

Under the Program Year 26 guidelines the allotment is set at $47,000 to each conservation district, with a maximum of $7,500 available per participant at an 85% cost share rate. This funding underscores the OCC’s strong support for local conservation efforts and the unanimous vote highlights the commission’s commitment to these initiatives.
