Service Award: Lynn Weldon, 15 Years

Lynn Weldon, OCC/Financial Management and Human Resources division’s Human Resources Management specialist, was recognized at the February 2010 Commission meeting for 15 years of service to the state of Oklahoma. Lynn has been with OCC for the past six years. Previously she worked for the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry and the Department of Corrections. In her job she coordinates employee benefits, insurance and retirement for both OCC employees and conservation district employees. Steve Coffman, FMHR director, commended Lynn for doing an outstanding job helping employees working with two different human resource systems. With approximately 180 district employees and over 63 OCC employees, Lynn coordinates benefits for nearly 250 people.

Lynn has three grown children, twin sons and a daughter, and four grandchildren.
