No-Till On the Plains has teamed up with the Oklahoma Conservation Commission to bring the Crossroads Conference on the Road with their Soil Health Bus Tour. From June 30 through July 2, 2025, producers from across the plains will travel together by bus to showcase innovating Oklahoma producers and their efforts in building land and operational resilience through soil health.

Sponsors for the event include Noble Research Institute, Fusjon Ag, Garfield County Conservation District, Regen Ag Lab, Green Cover, and SARE (Sustainable Agriculture Research & Education). While stops are being finalized, some of the featured farms/ranch tours will include Tom Cannon of the Goodson Ranch in Blackwell, Mark & Annette Thomas of TLC Grassfed Beef in Meno, the Noble Research Institute in Ardmore, Brett Peshek Farms near Mt. View, and Jimmy Smith Farms, Elk City.

Attendees will see conservation systems in action featuring Pasture Cropping, Crop Rotations, Considerations for Dry Environments, Cover Crops in the Southern Plains, Rotational Grazing Grass-Finished Beef, Direct Marketing, Cotton in the Southern Plains, and more! Those interested in registering and participating in this event need to register by June 10 to secure their spot. The tour offers two options to join the bus for departure: Kansas Star Casino, Mulvane, KS and Goodson Ranch in Blackwell, OK. You will select your desired location to join from upon registration.
