Murray County CD Honors Jack Penner

Murray County CD held its 55th Annual Meeting and Dinner March 9 at the Murray County Expo Center in Sulphur. The district awarded its Friend of Conservation Award to Jack Penner in recognition of 42 years of service on the district board. Penner served as OCC Area II Conservation Commissioner from May 24, 1993, to June 30, 2002. He was inducted into the Oklahoma Conservation Hall of Fame in 2002.
