Mileage and Per Diem Rates
- Mileage Rate – Effective January 1, 2024 – $0.67 per mile for travel incurred between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024. Effective January 1, 2023 – $0.655 per mile for travel incurred between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023. (These rates are set by OMES and match the federal IRS rate.)
- Per Diem Rates – Effective October 1, 2023 – The standard per diem rate for Oklahoma is $59. The rate for Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County is $64. Provided meals should be deducted at the full amount on all days of travel. First and last days of travel are calculated at 75% of the base rate.
- Lodging Rates – Effective October 1, 2023 – The standard lodging rate for Oklahoma is $107. The rate for Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County is $110.
