Beginning Farmers and Ranchers/Veterans Meeting

Here’s a new opportunity to start off the new year; please join us to learn about resources available to assist your farm/ranch operation.

Learn about programs and assistance available for beginning farmers and ranchers from OSU Extension, USDA’s Farm Service Agency, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and Rural Development, the Farmer Veteran Coalition, and the Logan and Oklahoma County Conservation Districts.

Hear from fellow producers/peers in the agriculture community.

In addition, you can hear about the importance of soil health and watch a soil health demonstration; you can be part of a locally led group determining conservation needs in your County, and program signup information will be available.

Please RSVP for lunch to your local office by January 14. The registration deadline for the event is January 18.
