Invasive Woody Species Cost Share

The Land Management Division of the Oklahoma Conservation Commission is excited to offer a cost-share program for woody invasive species removal practices. Landowners with Eastern Red Cedar, Saltcedar, or Mesquite on their land are encouraged to apply. Applicants can receive up to $50,000 per land owner each Fiscal Year. A new application will not be accepted until the current contract is completed.

Land parcels currently under contract through another cost-share program for brush management will not be eligible for payment under this program. There is no minimum acreage or grazing requirements.

Applications can be submitted through the landowner’s local conservation district or to andrea.moseley@conservation.ok.gov. The following is a list of eligible districts.
