DESCRIPTION:The Adair County Conservation District is scheduled to Host Interactive Field Demonstration Day to Highlight the Conservation Work of CARE Champion, Christopher Longshore on March 8, 2022, 11:00 a.m., at Adair Park – Larry Adair Building in Stilwell, OK\nThis interactive event will showcase the process of prescribed grazing/fencing that can improve the resiliency and productivity of a farming operation.\nThe field day will include information on topics such as soil health, prescribed grazing, and other information provided by our USDA-Farm Service Agency, and USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Services partners. We will also hear from the OACD CARE Project Champion Christopher Longshore.\nLunch will be served before going out to Mr. Long shore’s Farm.
