DESCRIPTION:THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELED! The Blue Thumb training in Alva scheduled for Sept. 11 has been canceled. Thank you and please watch for future training opportunities!\n\nOver 80 streams are actively monitored across the state.\nAges are middle school through retirement\nTeachers can attend and then request a “mini-academy” that prepares students for monitoring\nParticipants receive the “Project WET 2.0 Guide” that is filled with water activities for all ages, plus certification as a WET (water education today) facilitator\nBoth days are required to be a monitoring volunteer.
